Title: ARCHIEVE STREAMING VIDEO

TG COMPUTER TECH, I am unable to view the presentations. I get sound but no picture. I operate windows xp home edition with windows media player.Any suggestions?I am computer ILLITERATE.

You need RealPlayer to view the presentations. If Media player is opening up, you should install/reinstall Realplayer.
