FYI -- His horses are in quarantine as of Wednesday afternoon. They go to the track for the first time on Thursday morning.

Has this been his normal practice for his stable to wait until so last minute until they hit the track?
Seems a bit condescending that the East Coast shippers are at a disadvantage but a Euro shipper is not affected..
