Title: For EUROs, why the TR changes coming here?

If they were legit, why would you need to change to a USA trainer for the race?  Is it more than a licensing issue?  If so, how much is that?
Seems like a lot more than usual for a once in a lifetime opp.

It\'s a computer glitch having to do with the different Equibase and foreign data bases. Disregard.
