For those looking at the Empire 6 Off turf and track is sloppy. Rosario/Cancel picking up some extra mounts as Declan Carrol off, significant change perhaps. Scratches coming soon, likely decremental squared! I second JB, excellent choice and use of the word. Well done.

Is there a reason to run ONE race and cancel?  What are the $$ implications, if any?

Depends how much they bet in the first exacta
