Happy Easter to all of you.

Also Happy Birthday to my Mom. She loved Easter...and so did anyone who loves ravioli. I can only imagine how she would react to being told nobody can come over for Easter dinner...on her birthday. Everyone knows goddamned well she would have found a way to feed us today.

George C. Scott delivers one of the great performances of all time (my opinion) as
Patton in a movie, which like all war movies, is both patriotic and anti-war at
the same time.

Karl Malden also played Gen. Omar Bradley in another movie but I am not sure which
one.

Scott\'s last words in Patton, \"That all glory is fleeting\" certainly pertinent
today.
