Great news and that wasn\'t easy. County Board of Supervisors are no fans of racing (Newsom either) and are PETA sympathizers. There was a training breakdown last Friday that I thought may doom this but thankfully no. Restrictions are very severe including jockeys and valets living on the grounds.

The LA County is considering another 3 month lockdown. Mentioned it yesterday. LA will be in flames if that happens.

Take a look at the polling on the question of “opening up”, and the approval ratings of the governors who have shut things down.
