Title: 2nd Test Positive-Time for Suspension, Reforms and Move On

Is anyone really surprised? The probability of a quick a dirty first result of a failed test on a Derby Winner going Public was ZILCH.

Racing can talk tough but they have to actually do something to win public trust.

judging by the reaction I would say Baffert surprised. When in a hole, stop digging. Reading now they want to prove it came from ointment and not an injection..who cares...DQ please!!
