I had been out of town recently so when I visited ol\' Sufferin Downs yesterday I was shocked to find out that the Belmont simulcasts have been shut down for a couple of weeks.(Angry too as I had handicapped the Belmont pick 4 using TG).
I\'m told Suffolk is part of an east coast track group that is negotiating with Belmont to resolve this situation.
Anybody know what\'s going on? Asfufh

The dispute has its roots in the recent agreement between NYRA and TVG, granting TVG additional exclusivity rights with respect to account wagering. As I understand it, the tracks can still offer the signal as simulcast centers, but their right to offer account wagering is limited, and they\'re boycotting the NYRA signal in protest.
