Title: 3 million, not what it used to be

 I see that the vererable Jockey Club, is going to be scrounging around for 3 million to fund some drug testing operation.  That\'s 3 mill 2005 dollars, not the old fashioned kind.

 3 million? Jerry could tithe the TG proceeds for a few busy weekends and come up with that paltry sum.
