Title: problem downloading redboard files

Thorograph,

Since the derby have been having problems downloading files from redroom.  When I try to view or save them only a blank screen comes up.  Have any changes been made with regard to software to access these files?

Nothing has changed since the Derby but if you need help, call 1-800-331-3778 and ask for Alan.
