Title: BEL 1ST RACE TRACK BIAS ?

It\'s difficult to tell after 1 race , and I not thinking about frac times , but on TV , the BEL strip looked as though it was playing like CD ...

I think now it\'s safe to say at the very least that the rail isn\'t dead today
