Title: Belmont figures

TG- Please don\'t use your flawed theory which states that horses today can run a mile and a half faster than they could ten or twenty years ago. Give the Belmont the figure it deserves (somewhere between 4 and 10 for the winner, and down through 20 or 30 for the laggers)

this sounds like another good contest.

I\'ll guess between 1 and 20.
