Title: Gulfstream March 13 DQ

Did anyone else have the #1 horse Yates Black Cat in today\'s 5th race at Gulfstream.  It certainly was an aggressive move by Rene to get off the rail and there was a bump but was it worthy of a DQ?  I certainly have seen much worse in my day that did not get taken down.
