Private Vow was a short horse....5/1 in Arkansas, 25/1 in Kentucky. He is under the radar.

PRIVATE VOW can\'t get the distance. Basically a one-turn horse who they are trying to get to relax so that he can go longer.

They should also consider turning him into a 8f - 9f turf horse.  Love to see him try some of the restricted summer & fall 3 yo turf races.
