Title: Dutrow, Pletcher, Baffert & Woodbine's New Drug Rules

I saw this article after reading that Baffert and Pletcher were shipping in for the Queen\'s Plate.  My immediate thought was that Baffert might cancel out, but this article states that he shipped in even earlier.
