Title: Two Breeders' Cup Winning Margins Changed

What\'s up with this?  I thought Equibase used times and a double-secret conversion factor to determine winning margins.

Bit-- yeah, and they forgot to tell someone the secret.

I ended up giving both winners about half a point better, rest stay the same.
