Has a horse in the 9th at Monmouth today named Justabull. Doesn\'t the trainer have more than 13 starts?

From 1998 on, he has 15 starts. The last 2 starts, July 19 and July 20, a win and a show, are not included on the sheet. We had a problem with the trainer update which we rectified.
