Title: BC Prerace Blood Tests

Jerry, would like to hear your opinion on this subject.  How long does it take to perform these blood tests?  If a horse tests positive for say EPO, will that horse be barred from racing in the BC?

The intent is good, but it still doesn\'t deal with the LEGAL use of alkalizing agents, which I have gone into here before.
