I\'m doing the Cotillion for ROTW, which brings to mind that if you guys want to see some move ups, handicap Philly, Delaware, or Maryland. Brother.

It\'s a lot easier to tell when a horse changes hands after his career has started, than it is when a horse starts his career with someone using performance enhancers.

That was Andy\'s point when you guys were together in Vegas, 2004.
It should almost \"stand up in court\".
