Title: Any Given Saturday
Post by: girly on September 23, 2007, 03:20:25 PM
I read that Any Given Saturday was a universal single in the pick six at Belmont yesterday, making it essentially a pick 5. I find that remarkable. Has anyone ever heard of that happening?

No, the article was about the pick six carry over in Belmont, and it said that Any Given Saturday was the universal single on every ticket purchased on Sat. I think that\'s amazing! Every one was so sure the horse would win and it did. I\'ve never heard of such a thing as every single bet on a horse. Was AGS that superior to the competition?
