Affirmed Handicap. The tradeoff for getting the ROTW exposure on TVG is it severely limits my options as to tracks. The Phipps is an interesting bet-against but it doesn\'t lend itself to brief discussion of 3-4 horses, and they don\'t take CD or Delaware. Some card at CD.

The couple of times I\'ve seen it, it\'s been on the show that runs from 9 to 10 in the morning, Pacific time.  It\'s called Pick 6 Central if there\'s a carryover.
