Title: Equipment changes

Anyone know why BD takes the blinkers off and why TTP adds them? They have never run that way before.

Mrs. Fawkes said on HRTV that the Blinkers Off was because they thought the horse was goofing off but they couldn\'t make the equipment change until after the horse lost...which is what he did via the DQ in the Swale.
