So what kind of data do we have on 12 year olds coming in with their 2nd start off a 5-year layoff?

Verrrrrrrry sly of Rick Jordan sneaking this horse in for Starter 5000 eligibility at River Downs a few weeks ago..  Looks like there\'s still some speed in those old wheels.
