Title: Worst Derby prep day ever?

Has there ever been a big prep day in April as bad as this? I know the injuries decimated the Santa Anita, but the Wood is a one-horse workout and the Illinois Derby looks like an early-morning Preakness undercard race. UConn vs. Butler made this look good.
