Saturday on TVG Paul LaDuca said that Thorograph gives \"extra credit\" to the runners running on the lead into the wind, not to those \"drafting\" behind.   I was thinking it was used to aid in the relationship of 1 and 2 turn races.  Didn\'t think you made any changes to the figure for things other than weight, ground loss and beaten lengths.  

Could you please clarify how/when wind is used?
