Title: weight to TG point ratio

Is there a chart that converts weight carried over distances into TG points? Specifically how much is 6lbs over 1-1/8mi?

5 pounds is 1 point at all distances.

Roughly-- 1 point = 1 length at 5f, 2 lengths at 1 1/8- 1/4.
