Title: Which horses could not get out of NY until late?

Which horses couldn\'t get out of NY until late?  I know Grace Hall and MMM could not.  I cannot find a list.  I here some of Pletcher\'s got out and some didn\'t. Same with Tom Albertrani.  Can someone provide a list?

I also heard Barclay Tagg\'s may have arrived Wednesday.
