Any thoughts on keeneland rule (kentucky?) to give the ALL button for a surface change in pick 3, 4, or 5 after first leg?  I had silver max and im upset.  I shouldnt be sharing with wise dan tickets.  Mathcapper, what should it have paid??

You\'re not sharing anything, the race was cancelled for purposes of the wager.

Ok.  Fair statement.  But is this the rule in ALL other states?

Not sure, but likely.

 How else could it possibly be handled, other than letting all bets stand even though there was a surface change?
