Title: Kentucky Derby

I\'m going to the Kentucky Derby for the first time!  Anyone have any recommendations on where to stay?

A list of hotels can be found on the Churchilldowns.com.  Be prepared to spend $300 a night with a minimum stay of three days.  I will tell you that Phillips Lane is the closest to the track.  I have stayed at the Hampton, Courtyard, Comfort Inn, and the Executive, no major differences between hotels.  The Holiday Inn has packages that can include tickets.
