Heard through the grapevine that Orleans casino will have a $Million handicapping tournament on 1/27-1/29 2005. $500,000 to winner. Now we\'re talking money.
In terms of rebates, why don\'t they just raise the takeout to 50% if they think this will keep NYRA in business and help the state?
