Title: NYRA channel blocked in NY?

Just saw this on the scroll. Something about NYC cable not getting the NYRA feed starting monday.

 As an aside, is anyone watching the HD signal over the web (not roku) and having constant stalling issues with the video?  Chronic problem, and I\'ve checked everything on my end. It\'s been reported to them weeks ago. , no progress.

I watch on the web and roku and have not seen anything out of the ordinary.
