if its basically an isolated top there yes, I am tossing, or maybe like favorite tale who shows those tops at prx and mth, toss for me

Why are their so many tops at Parx?
Some are as much as 8pts specifically Stonetastic

to me its basically the wild west on what trainers are doing there, been going on for years
