Title: JB is it true?

 I heard that at las vagas there was a tournament between all the handicappers in the country and TG won and the tourney reps only took the last 3 numbers of each horse added them up and got a figure,with 30 percent winners is this true?

It\'s news to me. The only similar thing I ever heard was the mechanical system I proposed for the speed figure study that Sportstat was going to do(which they never did)- take the last 3 numbers, throw out the worst, average the other two. No idea how it would have worked out.
