Free pizza...

NO NUMBER. JUST A BOX: Like a Papa John’s free-pizza offering when the Yankees score six runs, someone suggested Jerry will be giving a $3.27 system-wide rebate if the filly presented without a performance figure, LIMITED VIEW, wins the G3 Schuylerville at Saratoga today. Not sure this rumor is true.

It\'s not. By the way, was the Papa John\'s guy the one who told his workers he would have to lay off a bunch of them if Obamacare became law, something like that?

A very rough guess would be about a 10, but that\'s a stab. There were three sprints on the day before it started raining (and the track was sealed). Two were baby races where all the runners were first timers. The other was a 7f race later on the card. If you assume the track speed stayed constant (which happens once in a while but infrequently at Laurel) and the distances correlated (almost never at Laurel, no idea why) you get about a 10. Anyone who claims to have made solid figures for the two baby races is full of s--t.

Thank you. If this was Facebook, I\'d put a \"like\" to your response. An hour later that day (however the track may have changed), 2 yo colt winner went in 58.44, so this filly\'s 57.95 was a curiosity to try to have a line on.
