This horse should have come down, if the jock on the 5 holds his ground the 1 crashes into him and he comes down, judges are essentially saying u need to cause a crash in order to get placed first. Starving jock should have held his ground there, if the 1 stays in a straight line the 5 beats him easy, the herding won the guy the race.
