Had Dr. Brilliant placed this bet at a pari-mutuel site, there would have been an investigation as to why the trifecta came back so skinny. Any idea what tri would have paid with another $40 hit??

I had a buddy worse gambler ever.
Anyway same situation with a bookie the argument and the rationale he used to get paid in full I still laugh.
As a gambler he thought me more of not what to do then what to do.

Saw an American Greed the other night where a guy was randomly hitting the Lottery in different states because he had inside access to the computers that picked the numbers. He eventually hit a $16M Iowa Lotto but it required he show up in person to collect. It triggered an investigation and the guy is doing 25 years. A $40 nailed Tri at an off sight facility? Hmmmm…..
