This was today on CBS Good Morning. Baffert had a lot to do with getting Silver Charm back there. Game in Dude is there. He has donated money.

His problems now are self inflicted. No Lawyer will be able to talk his way out of it for you. Maybe legally but not in public opinion. At the same time to percieve this guy doesnt care about the game and is only thinking 24/7 of ways to pump chemicals into his Equine Athletes so his Owners can hit their Equity Investment Goals (IRR) is insane. Or maybe not. He is at a crossroads. Time to take stock. What\'s your Legacy gonna be? Its his call.  Time will Tell.....
