Why would you expect anything less from these stewards? Especially Samantha Randazzo, an assistant trainer for Linda Rice several years ago. If my memory is correct I believe she was ruled off after taking a hit for Linda regarding positive tests. How funny the organization that ruled you off makes you a steward.
Maybe they felt they owed her one?

Dont think so,  the 9 comes out first to engage , then there\'s a little contact, but its a sloppy track and it wasn\'t egregious.

  Let\'s not have 5 dq\'s a day.

The 11 initiated the contact not once but twice to gain an advantage. The track condition is irrelevant.

Contrast this non DQ to the DQ in the Rick Violette stakes. This is supposed to be a premier racing program.
