I agree, con man. Does not like the zero tolerance policy every one else ran under, instead wants the rules that went into effect 8 months later. Also would of have liked to adjudicate this sooner, reporting and statements by NYRA say they requested the delays, but the kangaroo court took to long. Also new the rules when they ran the race, which all other participants abided by.

No one is forcing him to be in this sport, and if you think the sport and the racing commissions and vets treat him so poorly, maybe he should just leave now.
Not many people would miss him except Pletcher.

Perfect example of another billionaire with more dollars than sense.

Maybe it\'s time for the N.Y. Gaming Commission to be investigated for withholding the information regarding the positive test? If the whistleblower didn\'t report this to the N.Y. Times this would have been hidden from the racing world forever.
Why did the commission hide this and what N.Y. oversight committee would have juridiction over this?

That is a good question that needs to be answered. Another reason that owners should not be on any governing body.
