Also would of have liked to adjudicate this sooner, reporting and statements by NYRA say they requested the delays, but the kangaroo court took to long. Maybe it\'s time for the N.Y. Gaming Commission to be investigated for withholding the information regarding the positive test? If the whistleblower didn\'t report this to the N.Y. Times this would have been hidden from the racing world forever.
Why did the commission hide this and what N.Y. oversight committee would have juridiction over this?
