Is the place at Bally\'s where you can print Thoros easy to access and is it open to anybody or just people with Bally\'s cards etc.

Go to the VIP Room, the Bally\'s personnel will provide you computer and internet access and paper to print out TG. Of course, given the amenities, they would like your business but there\'s no obligation.
