Does anyone know if with the completion of the renovation @ Churchill Downs, how the access to the clubhouse will be controlled. In the past they used the wristband and if you had a third floor clubhouse wristband, you could walk anywhere on the third floor including the seating areas. I\'m not sure if that is still the case. Does anyone know? Thanks for your help.
