I have to believe this was the most serious discussion ever to take place in a public forum about the issue of performance enhancers in racing. Although it may have sounded at times like it was adversarial, that was just me-- I get a little worked up about this stuff, and I\'m not that laid back to begin with. I\'m a native New Yorker.

Dr. Rick Arthur is the most serious in the industry about stopping this nonsense. And as you will see if you listen to the exchange, he know his stuff.

And by the way-- HE ESTIMATED THAT 20-30% OF THE RACES WERE WON BY MOVED UP HORSES.
