the winner gave me chills...good god.

It was a huge win, but let\'s not forget that he had a maturity edge over some of the horses and the very fact that a 3YO filly in March was considered a threat going in suggests it wasn\'t a super field of competitors. Impressive nonetheless.

let\'s see how Day Pass and the filly run when they hit the Spa this summer. you knew Discreet Cat was the real deal when the horses he trounced in this race last year came back running. I\'m guessing the ABoy is real.

Invasor is slowly building quite a resume. If he comes back to the US in good shape and manages another campaign like last year he\'ll be legendary.

What a crop that was for that year!!! Invasor, Discreet Cat, Bernardini, Barbaro, amongst many others...best in a long time...
I hope they keep Invasor around to trounce them in the Breeders\' cup again and become the all time money winner, will deserve to be mentioned among some of the greats after that...South American Exacta...Invasor, Asiatic Boy (He ran against garbage..but won the right way.....)
