SAR 9/1..RACE 3
« on: September 01, 2007, 01:01:45 PM »
I am looking at this race with 10 minutes to go and it looks pretty competitive. Mint Slewlep is the longest shot on the board and pretty much the slowest on the T-Graphs but I am really partial because of the 2yo & 3yo line on this horse as it really never went back up until the 5 and that was a small regression. I would assume that something happened to the horse as it was laid up for a few months so that may not be good but if this horse was healthy and running it might be at 2 level right now. Maybe I am being a little too ambitious. I also like the Lukas horse at the price. Obviously if some of the others run their race they will blow those tow away but the patterns on some are speculative. I will post my pick 4 in a little while. I\'m off shortly to Fire Island with the girlfriend. We have a share over there for the summer and have been there ONCE.....unbelievable, but I went up to Saratoga three times this meet. Just love it up there.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Owner\'s Manual finished in 23 1/5 last time on the main track and I had him that day - I don\'t know what I was waiting for here. Off a Turf at 8.5 - Missing the first one always rattles me. I get bluffed off the first one lots of times, trying to \"control\" the day.

25-1 on Flying Sappho?... last 2 turf sprints are very competitive, + rail & blinks

They just wont let me skip these types of NYB races.
