I know it\'s not handicapping related and I might get shot or stoned but Favre is truly a sad sack. Not only is he in denial and suffering from extreme post traumatic jock syndrome - now he\'s stuck at the Meadowlands playing for a totally inferior team with no offensive weapons! Further, he\'s on the cover of Madden 2008 which is instant doom! Maybe he should die that gray hair green?

I got down last week on the Chargers to win this year\'s Super Bowl at 10-1. We\'ll see!

As to Favre, I have been a Jet fan since they were the Titans and no sports
franchise is more snakebitten. Someone on a local sports radio station nailed it
yesterday-- Favre goes out for the season in game 3 or 4 with an injury.

Saturday\'s Saratoga card: Apparently the scheduled feature, the Yaddo at two
turns on the turf for NYBs, did not fill, and the card is filled with overnight
handicaps.

Next year the Yaddo will be written at 5-1/2 furlongs on the turf, will draw 37
entries and be split into 3 divisions
