The problem with the Double DQ is how it was initally posted then reviewed. The intial review according to the announcer and tote was between the 6 and 10 who had run first and third. After a 10 minute review the public was notified that the 11 who ran second was under review also and then the tote began to reflect this also.
Another 5 to 10 minutes later the postions were shuffled with the 10 going from 3rd to 1st, the 6 and 11 being dropped a slot.
The 11 clearly ducked out when hit with the whip left handed. But when he ducked he hit another runner who hit the 10 then the 10 hit the 6.
Why wasn\'t the 11 placed behind who he hit first resulting in him coming completely off the board? Why wasn\'t the Public told the 11 was under review from the getgo? Or was he?
This was more bad luck on top of more back luck. I have no complaints. I will live to play again.
