I tried to purchase your sheets thru your site, and THANK GOD, YOUR SITE WAS DOWN. I CALLED RAGOZIN\'S. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE NAMED JAKE, GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD, AND WITHIN MINUTES HE FAXED ME \"THE SHEETS\".
Professional, and timely. That was an experience I have not often had with Thoro-graph, and this goes back to when I stopped by to pick up your product at HUDSON STREET. I called their office back TODAY to thank them for their SUPERIOR product and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke with JAKE and was not surprised to hear that he never talked with anyone from your office.
