What am I missing about Voss\' horse, Always First?

Lightly raced 8 year old, couldn\'t ask for any better race spacing, has the ability, won this race last year...ML 8-1 and nary a mention from anyone.

Y\'all can have Winchester off that orgasmic number last time, and at a short price today (I think the Sheppard horse is the one to beat anyway, not Winchester).

Unless somebody here can clue me in as to why Always First can\'t get it done today, I\'m having this horse at 5-1 or better. Not interested in a pissing contest; seriously, what am I missing?

Never mind.

Always First was no threat at any time during the race. This guy was about as empty as my head lately.

I did some complicated stuff in that race, but suffice it to say the guy on the one should have a ------- lobotomy. He was 3w, 3w 3w from the rail, got beat 2 lengths. I would have had decent punches on the exacta (paying 500+) and the tri.
