ok kiddies here we gooooooooo...




1 - Warrior\'s Reward -   Came back to a top effort after a layoff and looks awesome here.  new horse this year and should explode forward to a new effort!  Plenty of rest has been given and all systems are a goooo!

2 -  Digger -  circles toa neg 1 and then tossed a slight regression.. looks like this one needs about 5 months from those neg 1 efforts to run back to it so im not expecting a top.  a 1 to 4 range is more than likely and that wont do it in this race.  

3 - Elusive Warning -   has a history of switching trainers and is just all over the place overall to me.  pretty fast but id have to stay away in this race coming off a bounce as a 6 year old horse.

4 - Musket Man -  after running that neg effort last time this horse still improved from its off efforts.. great sign!  still went backwards though after that effort but with a little more rest id expect about a pair this race!


5 - Driven by Success -  consistent last year although he tailed off from his top efforts..something happened but he forged in the last two.. pattern looks like a flag to me =)  anyway im not expecting anything better than a 1.. the 1 last out will more than not indicate to me that this horses top will be that number this year..  hes tailed off already a point from those negative and now another point last out overall to a 1.. il pass saying that he wont make it to last years numbers as slight deterioration has seem to hit this horse overall.

6 -  Munnings - last time he had a layoff he exploded 2nd time out 3 points!  Notice the last time he came out he was just off his top effort like this time?  Hes perfectly in line for that to happen again but at a faster figure!


Overall -   Ive never liked so much chalk in my life!  Great race but Munnings in my opinion is the horse to beat..no value to win BUT expecting a new top from Warriors Reward as well.. I would play an exacta here.. with Munnings and Warriors Reward in 2nd it should still pay at least 7 to 1 with Munnings winning and a small reverse to protect would be about 20-1 ($40-50 or so exacta) easy.. good luck.

Warriors Reward draws post 1, can run on the rail, and the jock is pretty good at saving ground. pops at the 7f distance. a 1w negative 1 under 116 lbs puts him right there. Munnings will be 2 or 3w, and carries 3 more lbs than WR. respect Musket Man\'s last, and he could even move forward.

Carter is a Grade One with no Grade One winners.WR finished powerfully in his last. Much faster than Munnings. Enough speed in here to spread out the field.
