Have any of you ever heard the words \"4 win day\" and \"Victor Santiago\" in the same sentence before today?

Me neither.

How about \"Victor Santiago\" and \"wins last 3 on card and pick 3 pays $2500+\".

I\'m really stumped. Can someone tell me just what the hell is going on at Belmont? Victor Santiago?

All you need to know about NY racing these days is to check Rudy Rod\'s win % with
runners he trains for Mr Riccio, who hasn\'t had this much fun since his runners
were trained by Pistol Pete Ferriola
